Ceiling Repair and Air Duct Cleaning

In this case, SERVPRO of Dallas Love had the privilege to help a family that had suffered from water damage. The family had recently moved into their home and was in the process of unpacking. The water damage occurred when a pipe burst above where part of their items, which were still boxed up, were being kept.

SERVPRO of Dallas Love was called to clean out the air ducts and repair the damaged ceiling. Additionally, we used blowers to dry out the affected areas.

First, we removed any items that were deemed unsalvageable to the curb. Then, we removed all of the moisture from both inside and outside the home. We used blowers to dry out every area. Next, we removed the damaged ceiling and insulation. We used drying equipment to remove any additional moisture. These steps were necessary to ensure that the family was no longer in danger of further damage or mold growth.

The family then returned home to a healthier, dryer space. Additionally, our crews cleaned the family's air ducts as another precautionary measure. Lastly, we disposed of all unsalvageable items and other materials.
