This 2-story house in an upscale neighborhood was flooded by broken pipes on the lower level. The entire house needed to be dried out due to black mold growth throughout the space. All existing trim work was restored back to its original condition. 

The homeowners kept the existing wood flooring but had it refinished with a satin finish.
