Bathroom Floor and Wall Restoration Process
Before the restoration process, there was mold and damage present to this bathroom floor. The water had gotten behind the subflooring, resulting in it needing to be replaced. There was also drywall damage around one of the walls; it had begun to separate from the wall studs because of moisture. Also, the tile in this room wasn't sealed or protected.
After SERVPRO's Dallas mold remediation process, the bathroom floor tiles were installed with a layer of grout between them so that when water does come into contact with them, mold can't return as quickly. The new subflooring pieces are then reinstalled over the newly laid tile to ensure that no water gets behind the subflooring again. The drywall on the wall got patched and repainted, as well as a new water-resistant drywall installed behind it to protect from future damage. All of the areas that were touched by the restoration process have been repainted, resulting in a fresh look.
Now: The bathroom looks brand new with no signs of any damage.
