Kitchen Water Damage Restoration in Dallas, TX

A tenant called in a water damage claim to his kitchen flooring which was finished with laminate flooring and vinyl tiles. The customer claimed that they saw standing water on their kitchen floor in the evening when they came home from work. They went to check it out and saw that there was water coming from underneath the kitchen sink.

They had SERVPRO of Dallas Love, TX come out to assess the damage on Monday morning. After assessing the claim our crew recommended that we do a thorough drying of all affected areas before doing any clean up to prevent mold growth.

SERVPRO Dallas Mold Remediation crew then came in and did a thorough mitigation of the area. The floors were opened up and dried using dehumidifiers and air movers to get them back to ambient conditions before we started the cleaning process.

After, all walls, cabinets, countertops and grout lines were properly cleaned with antimicrobial solutions by our crew; testing was completed to ensure that the environment was safe for the tenants.
